Alpine Home Care hires Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Assistants (CHHAs), RNs and LPNs. Alpine strives to foster a family environment for all its employees. All new caregivers must provide their certification and also pass a skills competency evaluation in the Alpine Skills Laboratory to prove their knowledge and experience in providing such care. They must also have a minimum of one year of experience, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. They must also pass Alpine’s extensive background checks and drug testing. Their previous employment and personal references will be checked thoroughly to validate their character, values and work ethic.
